The method

Gyrokinesis® Cardiovascular Breathing

Breath in Motion

This is a breathing class based on the Gyrokinesis method, created by Juliu Horvath. You move in coordination with the breath, so that movement and breathing support each other.

The practice works the muscles of breathing and encourages full, efficient use of the lungs. It also supports circulation, helping nutrients travel through the network of blood vessels to the organs.

Slow, conscious breathing engages the parasympathetic nervous system, the part of the nervous system that supports rest and recovery, so the practice can feel deeply calming.

Every session is adapted to the needs of all ages and abilities. It pairs well with Gyrotonic®, practiced on specially designed equipment, and with Gyrokinesis.

Offered as 1:1 private sessions, duets and group classes. See prices
